A RESPECTFUL DIALOGUE BETWEEN PAST AND PRESENT

The neighborhood is not insignificant for the Architect, the cradle of his childhood memories as his grandfather lived there, infused an emotional dimension to the project. Respect for the bonds, interests and relationships with neighbors was also a central element, contributing to the peaceful atmosphere that emanates from the place.

The client gave the agency great freedom, allowing them to explore innovative solutions and propose a bold design such as the immense bay window on the facade. A brilliantly met challenge, as the final result shows.
